Three Ways An Approved Referral Reaches Us
- Your referral link. Share your unique link — every signup or enquiry that arrives through it is tied back to your Partner Number automatically.
- A lead submitted through the Partner Portal. Log the institute directly in your partner dashboard.
- The customer enters your Partner Number. On Academyship’s pricing and enquiry forms, a prospective client can type your Partner Number (e.g.
ACAD-10482) into the optional “Partner Referral Code” field on the Review step before they submit.
Entering a Partner Number does not, by itself, guarantee commission. Every referral — however it reaches us — still must be valid and eligible, the institution must become a paying client, and payment must be received before it is commissionable. Duplicate, fake, existing or otherwise ineligible referrals may be rejected, and only approved, active partner accounts can be attributed. Commission is calculated from eligible net subscription revenue after discounts and exclusions, consistent with the terms on this page.

- The institute is not already an Academyship customer.
- The lead is approved by Academyship.
- The institute becomes a paying client.
- The payment has been successfully received and is not refunded.

A few clear boundaries keep the program trustworthy for everyone. Partners must not:
Make false claims about Academyship
Promise discounts without approval
Promise compliance outcomes or government approval
Use spam marketing
Misrepresent themselves as Academyship employees
Submit fake or duplicate leads
Use Academyship branding without permission
Bid on Academyship brand keywords in ads without approval
These guidelines exist to keep introductions genuine and the Academyship brand trustworthy — so good partners are always rewarded fairly.

Approved commissions are calculated monthly and paid to eligible partners after the payment verification period.

Can Academyship reject a referral?
Yes. Academyship may reject duplicate, fake, incomplete, existing, low-quality, or non-genuine referrals.
How do I track referrals?
Approved partners receive a Partner Number, referral link, and access to a partner dashboard.
Can my partner account be suspended?
Yes. Partner accounts may be suspended or terminated for misleading claims, spam, fake referrals, brand misuse, or breach of terms.
