What we care about

Commitments grounded in our documents.

How our legal framework works

The documents have different jobs.

  1. Signed Order Form / government scheduleSets any agreed services, fees, term and express overrides.
  2. DPA for Customer DataSets the processing terms for Customer Personal Data.
  3. Module SchedulesAdd terms for a particular module, only where an Order Form or module activation names them.
  4. Terms of ServiceSets the institutional service contract.
  5. Acceptable Use PolicySets rules for using the platform.
  6. Public notices and guidesExplain practices in accessible, informational terms and are shown separately from the contract documents.

Document governance

Current documents, clearly governed.

A signed Order Form or government schedule takes precedence where it says so; the DPA takes precedence for Customer Data matters, then the Terms and Acceptable Use Policy. We list only approved public documents that exist. To request a prior version, email legal@academyship.com.au. For an accessible format, email accessibility@academyship.com.au.

Version history: Version 1.1, 9 October 2026 — directory updated for the revised document versions; seven new documents added (Payments and Wallets, Payroll and STP, Education Operations, Data Retention, Staff Privacy Guide, Electronic Signatures and Complaints); student guides identified as informational; subprocessor-notice route clarified. Version 1.0, effective 12 September 2026 — Legal Centre established as the current-document hub.
